PLAN YOUR DAY: Schedule time each day to plan out your day using what’s urgent and important (more often than not most people set them up to fail when they start their day by having a huge list that one is too much for them to achieve in the day and two, they don’t need to achieve it all in a day.

Who’s does the task belong to? (Remember you are not responsible for doing the job but are responsible for the leader doing the job.
Create boundaries: Answering every call you receive from your team doesn’t empower them to make their own decisions, try implement one on one catch up times (this will eliminate a lot of calls), coach them through the answer when they have a question instead of answering it for them and having a call structure for example what’s deemed as urgent.
Take time for yourself to think: At the end of each day schedule in 30-60 minutes before you wrap up your day, use this to reflect, plan for the next day, catch up on emails and finish anything on your urgent list, this will help you switch off and enjoy your night.
